4. I am an individual, can I order from you?
Our products are designed for industrial and commercial use only.
5. Can I return a product?

6. What should I do if the ordered product does not comply with the Web description?

7. The total amount on my final invoice is not the same as the one shown at the time of my online order, why?
In rare cases, the price may change between the time of the online purchase confirmation and the issue of the final invoice. Criteria that may influence this variation are the availability of products, changes in the delivery charges, a change made to the order after its confirmation on the site, a change made to the order that affects the minimum requirement for the delivery fees and/or fuel surcharge. 8. A product in my profile is not on the website, what should I do?
Please communicate with your Account Manager or send an email to webmaster@sanimarc.com writing the product code and a short description of the product.
9. Can I order by phone or fax?
You can order by phone at 1 877 726-4627 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm), by fax at 1 877 680-9585, by email at sales@sanimarc.com and, of course, on our transactional site.
10. When will I be billed?
Your invoice is issued as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive it by mail or email, depending on what you have chosen.
11. Are the transactions secured?
The protection of your credit or debit card information is very important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system to protect your credit or debit card information. SSL is a sophisticated method that encrypts data. Moreover, we do not keep your credit or debit card information in our servers once the transaction completed.
12. Can I be assured that my personal information is not sold to others?
Sani Marc Group values its customers and respects their private life. We only collect personal information to process your order, improve your shopping experience and contact you regarding our products, services, contests and promotions. We do not sell your personal information. All promotional emails sent to you have an easy unsubscribe feature that allows you to have your name removed from the sending list.
13. What should I do if I forget my password?

15. Where are you shipping from?
Depending on your location and delivery site, your merchandise leaves from one of our 15 distribution centres across Canada. For the addresses, please consult our Internet site at www.sanimarc.com
16. How long will it take before I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and delivered within 7 business days. Some special order items can take longer depending on our supplier’s delivery times. 17. Are you shipping outside Canada?
We are only shipping in Canada for now.
18. Will I be charged for the sales tax?
The sales tax will be charged based on the province of delivery, except for companies or organizations with a valid exemption certificate.
19. Will the ordered items be sent in a single shipment?
In most cases, all ordered items are sent in a single shipment. However, specific and/or seasonal items might be sent in several shipments. 20. If my company is near a distribution centre, can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
We have more than 15 distribution centres across Canada and picking up your order is not an issue. Simply mention it when ordering by phone or write a note when ordering by fax or through our e-commerce website. A space is reserved for that purpose during checkout. 21. Can I pick up my order, no matter the item?
If you have enough space to haul the item, you can pick it up.

28. Can the delivery person bring back the items I want to return?
The delivery people are only allowed to bring back items that are on a purchase order with an authorization number. Please note that if your order is delivered by an external transport, the delivery person cannot bring your items back. In that case, our Customer Service will give you information on the procedure to follow.
